Per Pharmacy Protocols are those Protocols which are approved by hospital’s P&T committee and to which the pharmacy adheres in order to provide medications to patients in a safe, efficient and ethical manner. The main purpose of this Web site is to move the direction of clinical pharmacy services from monitoring a few drugs by pharmacists to monitoring of many drugs especially the ones which produce renal toxicity, while still providing the basic drug interaction monitoring, patient care rounds, medication teaching, drug order review, drug information services to our health care providers.
